The service

Fluent.AI provides language-learning lessons, review tools, pronunciation practice, and AI-assisted tutoring. It is educational software and does not guarantee fluency, test scores, immigration outcomes, employment outcomes, or any other specific result.

Subscriptions

Fluent Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, trial availability, and subscription periods are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Fair use of cloud AI

Pro cloud AI features are subject to fair-use limits so the service stays fast, reliable, and economically sustainable. If daily limits are reached, Fluent.AI may temporarily route you to on-device features or ask you to try again later.

User content and AI output

You are responsible for the text, speech, and other content you provide to the app. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your exact situation, so use judgment when relying on translations, cultural notes, or register suggestions.

Availability

We work to keep Fluent.AI available, but the app may be interrupted by network issues, App Store issues, Cloudflare issues, Anthropic issues, Apple service changes, maintenance, or bugs.
