Cancel a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, choose Fluent.AI, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Restore purchases
Open Fluent.AI, go to Settings, tap Upgrade or Manage, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that purchased Pro.
I bought Pro but still see Free
Try Restore purchases first. If that does not work, restart the app and confirm that your App Store purchase completed. Email support with the approximate purchase time and product you bought. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
Cloud AI is not responding
Cloud AI requires an active Pro entitlement and a network connection. If the AI service is temporarily unavailable or your fair-use limit is reached, Fluent.AI may fall back to on-device features so you can keep learning.
Refunds
Apple handles App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
